They cleaned my trash cans so well I swear the raccoons left a Yelp review. The cans are shining like they just got baptized. I opened the lid and heard angels. 10 out of 10, might start storing snacks in there.

For the most part, this bin cleaning company does a good job. I really appreciate that they bring my bins back up to the house after each cleaning — it's a nice touch that adds convenience. However, I did have an issue where I was charged but not serviced. I had to follow up myself to find out when I would be receiving service that month, which was frustrating. Since then, I've noticed they often send a text in the morning saying they’re 15 minutes away — but my trash pickup is always late in the day. I usually have to respond right away to avoid missing service again, which makes the process feel a bit unreliable. Overall, they provide a useful service and do it fairly well, but the communication and scheduling could use improvement.
